Notice is hereby given that 10th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Gurugram Branch of Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will be held on Friday, the 31st July 2020 at 03.00 PM, via online mode to transact the following business: -
1. To receive, consider and adopt the 10th Annual Report of the Gurugram Branch of NIRC of ICAI.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the audited Balance Sheet of the Branch as at 31st March 2020 and the Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Auditors thereon.
3. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
