Notice is hereby given that 12th Annual General meeting of the Members of Gurugram Branch of Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, will be held on Tuesday, the 05th July 2022 at 4.00 PM, at the Branch premises, 2A, Pavilion Building, 339/2, (Near Corus Banquet) Sector-14, Gurugram 122001 to transact the following business :-

 

 

 

1.      To receive, consider and adopt the 12th Annual Report of the Gurugram Branch of NIRC of ICAI.

 

2.      To receive, consider and adopt the audited Balance Sheet of the Branch as at 31st March, 2022 and the Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of the Auditors thereon.

 

3.      To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
